Complaints Procedure


Certa Recruitment is committed to providing the highest level of service to both our Teachers and Schools. If you do not receive the service you expect from us please follow the complaints procedure below:


Initially if you have a complaint, please contact your dedicated consultant by phone on 0844 381 4813. In the majority of cases most complains can be resolved by talking through the issues with your consultant and finding a suitable solution.


Following your conversation with your dedicated consultant, if you are not satisfied, please put your complaint in writing via email or letter to admin@certarecruitment.co.uk or Certa Recruitment, Grange Chambers, 8 Grange Hill, Welwyn, Hertfordshire, AL6 9RW.


We will send you an email or letter to confirm receipt of your complaint. We will also confirm the name of the contact person who will be dealing with your complaint. In most cases you can expect to receive the confirmation email or letter within 7 days of us receiving your complaint. At this stage we may ask for further details relating to your complaint to assist us with our investigation.


Following receipt of all the information we will begin a full investigation into the complaint. The length of time this can take can vary depending on the nature and circumstances of the complaint. However where possible we endeavour to complete all investigations within 28 days of the receipt of the full information.

  

Following the investigation Certa Recruitment will send you, via email or letter, a detailed reply to your complaint. This will include suggestions for resolving the matter. This will be done in most cases within 7 days of completing our investigation.


At this stage, if you are still not satisfied you can write to us again and request that the decision be reviewed.  Upon receipt of this request another Director of Certa Recruitment will review the decision within 14 days in most cases.


We will let you know of the outcome of this review in writing via email or letter, in most cases within 7 days of the completion of the review. We will write to you via email or letter confirming the companies’ final position on your complaint and explaining the reasons behind this decision.
