Certa Recruitment LLP is committed to taking all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your personal data from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. Period for Retention your Personal Data:


As of the introduction of the GDPR Regulations on 25th May 2018, we will delete your personal data from our systems if we have not had any contact with you for a period of 2 years from the date of receiving your personal data either directly or via a 3rd party (such as job boards or colleague recommendations). The 2 year period will begin afresh each time contact has been made.


For candidates already present on our system prior to the regulations coming into force, the initial 2 year period will commence on the 25th May 2018.


Contact is defined as communication between yourself and a representative of Certa Recruitment LLP, either verbal or written, or where you are actively engaging with our online services. Your receipt, opening or reading of an email from Certa Recruitment LLP will not count as contact.


The period for retention of your personal data may be extended if the law or relevant regulations require us to preserve your data beyond this period.
